• Name of the project: CTX 5800 (Explosive detection System) at New Islamabad International Airport.


• Project Description: CTX is an product of SD (Smith Detection), it will detect High Density Explosive items in bag,
With Computed Tomography Technology. As the conveyor moves each bag through the machine, the system creates
a scan projection X-ray image. Using sophisticated computer algorithm, the CTX 5800 system analyzes these images
and compares their CT properties with those of known explosives. If a match is found, the system alarms and displays
the object on the screen.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY:


• Providing technical & customer support for CTX 5800 , maintaining excellent customer relations.

• Replacing defective parts from machine, & returning defective parts to Smith Detection.

• Performing Preventive maintenance to machine, maintaining CTX spare parts inventory list, preparing an Service

report ,Incident Report to MD & Customer.


• Having an hands of experience in testing tuning , troubleshooting& faults finding of electro/mechanical equipment
X-ray, and computer systems and/or complex software. Will follow standard procedures to isolate and fix problems
in malfunctioning equipment or software.


• Installation, Testing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance of CTX 5800, Maintaining CTX Server.

Work as a SMARTMATIC Representative for Electronic Voting Machine Pilot Project During BY Election of PP-20
Chakwal and NA-04 Peshawar.

Worked as PLC Instructor in IUSE (School of Technical Education) Rawalpindi
The major contents that i taught were

• Programming Software of Siemens S7-200,S7-1200,Fatak and Allen Bradley (RSLogix 500), with Basic and
Advance Instruction Set.

• Successfully Installation of 10 Hikvision Cameras DS-2CE16D7T-IT3 (2 MP IP66 lens 3.6 mm) Along with 3KVA Solar System at 6 Sites of Pakistan Tobacco Company Project according to International Standards.

• Surveying for Solar ,CCtV wiring layout.

8 Weeks internship at Pakistan Oil Limited (POL) in Electrical and Instrumentation Department.

Study of instruments of Flow, Temperature, Pressure, level and there loops, sensors and measurement principles. Study of different switches (Temperature, pressure and level switches).
