I am a self-motivated and experienced professional with a master's degree in Public Administration MPA (HRM) and successful working experience of over ten years in project implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation with reputed organizations in the market. Over the past eleven years, I have been involved in implementing a range of development projects; Social Mobilization, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Health, Education and Livelihood projects and programs. I was second in charge to the project manager in the implementation and reporting of interventions under all the five components/results of the PPR project; Social Mobilization, Health, Education, Livelihood, and community infrastructure. My duties/responsibilities were direct supervision of field staff, assigning the daily tasks to field staff, monitoring visits to project activities, schemes, asset distribution sites, and training activities along with preparation of activity concept notes, field visit reports, activity reports, progress summaries and interim reports for the head office and other key stakeholders. Pay regular visits to project interventions and documented key findings to ensure the quality of project interventions at the field level, Maintained and update online database MIS, and progress tracking sheet at the PSU level; Overall responsible to support the delivery of effective programs through developing and strengthening of robust M&E system to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the program interventions.

Carried out FGDs and case studies and VCDP activities at the field level along with reporting and Documentation. Assist Manager and M&E section in developing quarterly, six-month and annual reports (interim reports for Donors) and short progress reports on a need basis. Compile progress reports and activity reports, update progress tracking sheet, MIS and gender bifurcated data and statistical brief of program activities for head office. Develop formats for activity reports and further Compile activity reports, training reports and VDP/ VCDP reports.
Planning
Assist Manager during the multi-year plan and reviewing project plans with respect to achievement of annual targets. Ensure quality of data/ statistics in project plans. Prepare monthly, and quarterly work plans for program activities for timely achievement of annual targets, Contribution to Effectiveness of the Programme. Work collaboratively with different programmes for strengthening integration and cross-learning in programmes. As Social Mobilizer, I was responsible to mobilize and organize the rural communities to form COs and assessing the training need of community organizations regarding marketing and bookkeeping, carrying out marketing surveys and exploring new opportunities for the development of enterprises, especially in the NRM sector, designing and coordinating business management and skill development training and developing strategies for marketing of local products. 
My key achievement in the program include
Collect data for preparing community profiles as per the standard “Community Profile” format of the CIADP project. Conduct TNAs of the target community for the livelihood component of the CIADP. Conduct baseline survey beneficiary assessments on some key Indicators to measure the impact of the projects. Provide necessary reporting inputs to the monitoring and evaluation officer on regular basis. Motivate the community for establishing male and female COs/VOs.
