As Social Mobilizer, I was responsible to mobilize and organize the rural communities to form COs and assessing the training need of community organizations regarding marketing and bookkeeping, carrying out marketing surveys and exploring new opportunities for the development of enterprises, especially in the NRM sector, designing and coordinating business management and skill development training and developing strategies for marketing of local products.
