• Designed a layout for 1154 sq-m cutting department facility for 30000 pcs daily production in Gul Ahmed Textile Mills that gained immediate acceptance by the Director Apparel division in December 2015
• Designed and implemented finishing department lay out for 6000 pcs daily target on 5 active lines in Gul Ahmed Textile Mills unit 8 in December 2015
• Proposed a layout of an existing finishing department for 15000 pcs daily target on 5 active lines at apparel division Gul Ahmed Textile Mills unit 8 in November 2016
• Worked on thread consumption and reduces thread wastage
• Improved the production output of finishing department by improving the handling of workers with the coordination of training department
- Implemented FIFO and redesigned the layout of stitching floor and increased production from 24000pcs. to 32000 Pcs.
- Worked for automated swith track and proposed an automated switch track layout for stitching floor which can enhance 20% of production
- Prepared standard works for stitching and cuttting floors
- Implemented 5S in packing area
- Developed a system in Oracle that an evaluate Piece rate on the basis of SAM and it reduced cost from 10% to 40%
