The Project is a combined cycle power plant with 2GTGs (Siemans STG5-8000H) 2HRSGs & 1STG(SST5 3000H) commissioned & operated by CMEC nameplate capacity is 1263MW.Supervise the HRSG & Steam Turbine cold and hot comissiong & Start Up. Monitor and perform start up activities of combined cycle from control room(SPPA-T3000) and local. Participated as a active member during all the PPA testing of GT for COD.Responsible for the safe execution and commissioning of the plant. P&ID review and punch list activities.Fue Gas operation and control from PLC and local. Nitrogen plant operation.BOP electrical system operation and control. Start Up boiler operation and control. WTP and waste water treatment plant operation and control. Switch Yard operation and coordination with NPCC and others. All GTG auxiallaries (electrical system, H2, Seal oil Lube Oil, diverter damper, Instrument air, Haudraulic oil, HCO, Forced cooling, Evap Cooler) operation and control.GTG compressor washing preparation and operation. GTG start up preparation (Fuel gas line Purging/charging, Generator casing puring/H2 filling). Fire fighting pumps operation and testing. Knowledge to perform LOTO as per HSE procedures. To act as Incident Controller in case of an incident/accident following the Fire Emergency Planning and Response Procedure.

Optimum & smooth production of 37 tons PET chips from EG & PTA and further 51 tons of different kinds of yarn by extrusion of that dried PET chips. Install and commissioned a new pre oriented yarn line with collaboration of Beijing Chonglee Engineering Machinery and FAUZ engineering company. Install and commissioned all auxiliary machinery like Vacuum pyrolysis, TEG bath, ALKALI bath, Ultrasonic bath for efficient cleaning of spares. Install and commissioned electrically heated boiler for heating of di phenyl which is used for spin beam heating and maintaining its temperature. Constantly monitor the standard operating conditions and operation of the equipment to ensure production and quality is achieved as per established standards. Monitor raw material and all utilities, energy consumption and waste generation at the plant. Compare with the targets and identify the reason if gaps are found. Monitor quality control results like, mole ratio, Acid values, IV, b-values and coordinate with the operation staff about deviation. Prepare Troubleshooting reports for process upsets and ensure corrective actions are taken Setting the parameters of temperature, pressure, flow-rate and RPM for the different type of yarn being processed. Manage / utilize the human resource efficiency to achieve the daily targets in best and efficient way. Worked on feasibility study and cost effectiveness of different equipments, including Chiller, Cooling tower, centrifugal pumps and Air Handling unit.
