Responsibilities are as under










Coordinate with client, consultant ,subcontractors and concerned governmental authorities.
To quantify the required quantities of material required for the execution of project (e.g. concrete, reinforcement steel, concrete blocks, tiles etc.
Making sure that the work being done is in compliance with the design and specification by physical presence on site.
Documents submittals in the government departments.
Execution of activities as per design and specifications along with compliance with the health and safety department.
Making sure compliance of work done according to design, specification and standards.
Reporting of work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Shop drawing submittals and approvals.
Coordination of MEP / Firefighting / Public Health / HVAC, Civil, Architectural and finishing works accordingly.
Drafting of contract documents and evaluation of BOQ’s with drawings.
Drafting of Purchase orders / Official Letters / Correspondences.
To attend meetings with respective government authorities, Consultants, Contractors on behalf of Client.
Inspection and consult as and when required.
Construction of campuses and complete the works of Civil, MEP and architectural etc.
Financial & business proposal layout and implementation for civil works accordingly.
Reporting to the CFO and CEO about project financial aspects and progression








 technical and feasibility studies including site investigations




Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects, MEP consultants and subcontractors etc






To prepare a regular report, keep all site records and documentation updated




To ensure works done by subcontractors are compliant with all technical requirements, specifications, CDA , Bahria and DHA bylaws etc




Making sure the project complies with standards especially health and safety.






To ensure work done is up to quality satisfaction grey structure, finishing, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works etc






To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.





Monitoring all Vendor / sub-cons’ work progress and dealing.


Ø  Preparation of BOQ for structural,Architechural and Mep Items
Ø  Dealing with consultant and different authorities and solve the running issues about Noc ,design and other issues
Ø  Running bills of Vendors/suppliers
Ø  Preparation of Daily,weekly and monthly progress report
Ø  Preparation of material submittal for civil and structural work
Ø  Preparation of rate analysis and estimation of civil materials
Ø  New quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers
Ø  Meetings with consultants on various issues. 
Ø  Preparation of site & material inspection as per project specfication and standard
Ø  Checking the Drawings and calculating the material Quantity, Layout of Different types of Structures like Raft footing ,pilling , Brickwork,slabs, Beam,columns,retaining wall etc.
Ø  Checking and verifying shoring work ,pile stressing and grouting
Ø  Supervise quality control and safety process plan and compliance with iso standard.
Ø  Meeting with Mep vendors for Hvac vrv system,solar system,elevators and get technical proposal from them for final approval.
Ø  Managing material purchasing with procurment officer in advance
Ø  Issue Non conformance report during construction work and material inspection to contractors and vedors and complaince it as per standard and speciffication

Ø  control and monitor project schedule to verify the progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis for any deviation occurred from time to time


Ø  Coordinate with project team to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower and follow up the provision of same with the project Management and other departments
Ø  Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and solve them together with the project team 
Ø   Prepare the monthly invoices for the works executed and material delivered within the specific time as per the term and condition of contract
Ø  Check the subcontractor’s monthly invoices with them prior to approval by the project manager
Ø  Initiate the fortnight report and present to the site manager including the following i.e.
Ø  The progress achieved in the activity compared to the progress indicating any deviation from the planned progress and make plan to avoid such deviation in forthcoming period
Ø  Compared the quantities of work required as per the approved drawing with the estimated quantities 
Ø  Coordinate with the Client/Consultant and subcontractors to achieve the required technical administrative integration
Ø  Ensure with site QA/QC Engineer that the delivered materials prior to place them in stores are in accordance with specification and standards.
Ø  Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
Ø  Attend the weekly and Bi weekly meetings
Ø  Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the Client contract specializations
Ø  Ensure that the safety requirement are implemented according to safety procedure as advise from safety officer time
Ø  Compliance with the site\'s health and safety regulations
Ø  Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions
Ø  Assist the site Engineer and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
Ø  Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and specification.
Ø  Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines
Ø  Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
Ø  Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all
              attached documents are current statu
Ø    Prepare  ITP, PQP , PQI and QMS form as per project requirement



Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations

 Meeting with client and solve the running issues
 Dealing with sub-contractors and purchasers
 Checking Different kinds of Soils and Materials and Performing FDT (Field Density Test)
