Dispatch & Duty Manager
I started as a controller on AAA. I was given the responsibility of Quality Assurance of the team after 4 months of joining and later on I was promoted to the role of Dispatch and Duty manager of AAA taxis (Hertfordshire). I oversee their despatch process from Pakistan .As a duty manager,, my role is to interview newcomers to AAA, arrange their training, and get them approved by AAA Management UK once they are up to the mark and to make sure that the team is following the rules and regulations of the company.

I started as a controller on Bounds taxis and was promoted to the role of Campaign leader.
