To assist Manager HR in Compensation amp Benefit, rewards and benefit policies, including salaries and employee benefits.
Ensure that all the positions of Jobs are linked with proper Division/Departments for accurate costing of Payroll.
Implement annually updates compensation program conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget), Manage Performance Management System.
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
Inputs and outputs of Payroll, reconciliations, Summaries, Details and bank matters.
Online disbursement of salaries.
Monthly Reports of payroll, Income Tax, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA) etc.
Audit of Payroll, Leave Encashment, LFA, Provident Fund and Gratuity with external auditors on every six months.
Completeness and the record keeping of employeeacircs Personal File.
Verifications of all types of Expense Claims such as Medical, Traveling, Official Entertainment, Reimbursement of Excess Mobile usage, Relocation allowance to other cities of employees.
Employees Compensation amp Benefit Programs, Medical amp Health Insurance, EOBI Coverage, Policy Formulation, Probation Evaluation, Resignations amp Final Settlements.
Monthly management reporting systems where useful information is available for effective decision making, such as strength, Joiners/Leavers, Comparisons, MMR, Budgeted comparisons, Salary Ranges, Turnover Report etc.
Any other duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
Supervising Third Party Payroll on monthly basis.
Co-ordination on daily basis with Third Party Representatives regarding employees salary and miscellaneous issues.

-Preparation of monthly reports of payroll, Income Tax, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Fare Assistance (LFA) etc.
-Compile the records of employee’s personnel files and to ensure that all documents are attached in the files.
-Verification of all types of Expense Claims such as Medical, Traveling, Official Entertainment, Reimbursement of Excess Mobile usage, Relocation allowance to other cities of employees.
-Employees Compensation & Benefit Programs, Medical & Health Insurance, EOBI Coverage, Social Security, Policy Formulation, Probation Evaluation, Resignations & Final Settlements.
-Managing the overall Recruitment Process of all levels, conduct their technical tests, schedule interviews with line managers, issuance of offer letter to selected candidates & complete their documentations.
-Monitoring the attendance of all employees and share the monthly analysis of attendance with HOD’s and Management.
