 Develop business plan for concern area, set sales & collection targets.
 Conduct meeting on daily basis with clear agenda i.e. sales & Recovery status, customer feedback & Action plan.
 Carryout planning to set goals to be achieved on Daily Weekly and Monthly basis.
 Increasing business opportunities through various strategies
 Setting sales & collection targets for individual BDO’s and branches.
 Make developmental and succession plan for team member to highlight the areas of improvement by making their action plan with deadline.
 Recruiting and training sales staff .
 Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
 Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
 Collecting customer feedback and market research
 Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales & Recovery data, periodical forecasting and reporting to heads of Sales & Recovery.
 Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
 Liaison with warehouse staff to have smooth deliveries & timely problem shooting that can effect supply chain.
 Ensure effective implementation of company policies and ensure sales & collection targets.
 Creating and building customer relationships for sales growth.
