Develop, implement and manage Administrative and Legal policies, plans, targets and service level agreements in-line with the overall business strategy of TCS network.

Develop and execute TNA (Training Need Analysis) for Fire Life Safety (FLS) awareness / training across the network.

Plan and assist Apparel division in tenders’ business related to Armed Forces i.e Army, Navy, Air Force, Civil Armed Forces and other Government departments.
To plan and implement security policy under the guidance of Director.
Exercise vigilance by incorporating intelligence techniques to supplement security and safe guard company assets.
Maintain discipline among administrative and security staff. Also plan their training and career development.
Supervise and inspect containers/shipments from factory and receipt of stores from various vendors at random or carryout spot check when felt appropriate.
Plan, coordinate and execute training of administrative, security and factory workers on security awareness and fire risk.
Responsible to control unauthorized entry in premises.
Control incoming & outgoing of illegal material, loses and cargo movement.
Ensure implementation of Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) audit requirements in facilities and implement procedures in accordance with CTPAT manual.
