Commissioning and installation, Erection of TECHMATIK SHP 5000C block machine plant
Installation, Erection and commissioning of power factor improvement
Installation, Erection and commissioning of Power, electrical and instrumentation equipment’s
Installation of panels, transformers, generators.

Essential duties and Primary Responsibilities include following:

• Directly responsible for handling operational upsets and emergencies, plant start-up, shutdown and equipment change over plans.
• Provide on-site technical support to operations including: commissioning assistance, trouble shooting, monitoring and optimization
• Troubleshooting of Dc drives ,inverters, Ac drives and temperature sensors
• Responsible for looking after the Substations, Power Distribution Networks, Panels, Transformers, Motors, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Medium Voltage Panels & MCC, Protection Devices (Relays and Air Circuit Breakers)
• Maintained, operate and troubleshooting of switchgear feeders.
• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations
• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Ensure that equipments are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
• Installation of fresh electrical components
• Supervising a team of electrical supervisors and assign their duties according to the work schedules.
• Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment
