I am 41 years energetic, passionate and enthusiastic person. I have more than 20 years diversified experience of working in multi-sector institutions of national as well as international repute. My history is a story of continuous learning, hard working, struggling for achievements and series of successes. I have been working in various national and international organizations From 1998 to present.
From 2014 to present, I am serving as Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Healthcare Commission Lahore. The Chief Executive Officer is a former Federal Secretary to the Government of Pakistan and former Chairman, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

My essential duties consist of followings: -
·         To proactively manage all aspects of the Chief Executive Officer's (CEO) schedule to ensure maximum optimization of CEO's resources.

·         Ensure CEO is updated & prepared for all meetings with all necessary documentation and information. Preparing meeting requirements, taking minutes and following up on actions. Sending and responding to correspondence of CEO.

·         Performs all confidential administrative support functions pertaining to the efficient and effective operation of the Chief Executive's office.

·         Briefing/drafting of documents, reports and certain presentations on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.

·         Coordination between the internal directorates of Punjab Healthcare Commission and external public and private departments.

·         Manage visitors, complainants and the representatives of other organizations up to the mark of their satisfaction on behalf of Chief Executive Officer.

·         Comprehensive Diary Management, including internal and external meetings, formal and informal engagements and keeping up to date with all new activities.

·         Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls and timely delivery of incoming and outgoing messages.

·         Assist in connection with administration, discipline, implementation services.

·         Assist in management of Dengue related projects management.

·         Ensure travel and logistic arrangements for and on behalf of Chief Executive Officer.

·         Manage and coordinate the database of COVID-19 patients across the province. Ensure scrutiny of the information and submission to the national quarters.

·         All other duties assigned by seniors.
