I am writing to express my interest in the position I am applying for. With two years of experience as an M&E Officer at SOCIO Pakistan (a Sub-recipient of Global Fund through UNDP) in Baluchistan, Quetta, I have developed strong expertise in program management, administration, and coordination.

My role focused on a humanitarian project addressing HIV/AIDS, identifying and registering MSWs, TGSWs, and FSWs, ensuring testing for HIV and Hepatitis, and providing essential services such as condoms, lubricants, and STI treatments. I closely coordinated with the Baluchistan AIDS Control Program and ART Center for patient registration and treatment.

I was responsible for the complete monitoring and evaluation of the program, verifying quantitative and qualitative data, tracking field staff, inspecting stock, and ensuring seamless coordination with finance and management. Additionally, I prepared daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, documented success stories, and conducted client follow-ups.
