She began her career as an English teacher and has since held key roles, including Senior Academic Coordinator, Researcher, and Teacher Trainer at prestigious institutions. Notably, she served as the Dean's Secretary and Academic Coordinator for the English Language Unit at Beaconhouse National University, where she fostered a thriving learning environment.
Currently serving as Assistant Manager in the Office of Alumni Relations at UMT, Iram combines her expertise in educational administration with a passion for transformative strategies that enhance student engagement and success.
