I have established M&E system and beneficiary feedback mechanism for Building Skills for Life Project aligned to the requirements of the donor (Plan International National Office UK and DFID) and built the capacities of the staff of SAFWCO and CGN-P organizations regarding use of data collection tools. I have ensured the quality of the data collection and made analyses. The most important include the Vocational Training Need Assessment Survey, Effectiveness of Vocational Training Survey, and Bleak to Brightness (Measuring Change in the perceptions and practices of beneficiaries using Most Significant Change Technique). I have played lead role in designing and implementation of these assessments and reviews.

I was responsible to build the capacities of the sub-grantees of the Gender Equity Programme regarding progress reporting and monitoring results.

This was one-month consultancy to monitor the deliverable under the DRR program and provide technical support to partner staff to expedite the process. The DRR program was running behind the schedule and my task is to ensure that all deliverable are achieved in stipulated time.
I was mainly responsible for the Manzil Programme (Combat against and reduce most hazardous forms of child labour), however, was given additional responsibilities for Youth Income Generation Programme and Research Study programme on Ethical Consideration at Brick Kilns in Kasur District. I have developed and implemented M&E frameworks and devised the Indicator Tracking Table (ITT) for these projects to track the progress against targeted outputs and outcomes; also maintained the record of M&E activities.

I have designed and conducted need assessment for the Youth Income Generation Programme in Kasur district.
I have ensured the downward accountability by conducted FGDs with beneficiaries, listening to and addressing their complaints. During the job tenure I have conducted visits to verify the two complaints and addressed them successfully.
I have written quality success stories, human interest stories and case studies to reflect the results of the project.
In addition to this I have facilitated the project team in developing progress reports (quarterly and annual) and coordination with District Coordination Office and District Education Office (Kasur) and Social Welfare Department (Lahore) and conducted joint monitoring visits to assess the project activities
During this tenure with Plan I have worked in two distinct capacities as Area Officer and M&E Officer in 9 districts of south Punjab and Sindh and looked after multiple projects including Upscaling Rural Sanitation in Flood Affected Areas (RUSFAD), Promoting Child Rights in Cotton Forming Areas (CRCFA), Establishing Child Friendly Spaces in flood affected Area and emergency relief work conducted by Plan in Rajanpur district.
The significant achievements include;
•Developed and implemented M&E framework database, M&E toolkit for RUSFAD and CRCFA project, conducted beneficiary Contact Monitoring and Beneficiary Satisfaction Surveys.
•Assisted the consultant in devising the M&E framework for Cash for Work Project
•Conducted exercises and developed Village Development Plans (VDPs) in villages of Bahawalpur and Rahimyarkhan
•Trained 20 social organizers on WASH— CLTS and SLTS
•Trained 30 CRPs on WASH – CLTS and data collection and reporting formats
•Oriented 15 partner staff on child protection
•Further, I have played a role to ensure the smooth coordination with the district government and consortium partners and facilitated consultant in field work for Real Time Evaluation of relief work and monitoring visits of donors and country office.
During the affiliation with ARC I have been responsible for assisting the M&E activities of all the running and upcoming projects. The significant achievements include;
•Assisted the establishment of the M&E Department in ARC
•Developed Objectives for M&E Department and articulated its role
•Conducted KAP studies for WASH and Health projects in Sawat
•Assisted in developing proposals, LFA and M&E framework and databases for IDPs rehabilitation projects
