As a marketing intern at PEL I was tasked with the market research regarding the launch of a new washing machine. I worked closely with my manager in developing the marketing profile for the new product. In addition, I also had the experience of doing mystery shopping and understand its importance. This internship helped me enhance the practical usability of the marketing knowledge I have attained at Lums. I was leader of the winning team during youth empowerment program held during in that period.
I was part of a research to gauge the customer satisfaction of the various Toyota Dealerships. I was also involved in the process of designing of the questionnaire and analysis of the results.
