Monitor the customer complaints and countermeasure.
To monitor the Customer Progress Tracking System benchmark performance for each customers & to screen out the gaps generated in Customer Requirement by the development of Quality Performance.
Internal And External Audits and making its reports as well.
In Case of any non-conformity of the product to coordinate with vendor regarding improvement.
To prepare report of rejection items & feedback given to management & vendors.
Vendor visits for quality problems & Solutions.
