Job responsibilities includes Handling queries of employees and customers, coordination with all departments, resolving benefits related problems, Emails and follow-ups with clients, managing company’s bank account, expense sheet, Prepare banker’s cheques, Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met, Coordinate training sessions and seminars, Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.), And Support other functions as assigned.
Job responsibilities includes drafting, sending and receiving Emails from Area mangers and RGMs of the bank and communicate with them on different projects under progress in the bank. Handling all type of queries from the customers and staff also. Planning, organizing, announcing and managing the training programs of different level staff at the bank. Communicate and coordinate with HR department and playing as a mediator role between senior and middle level management.
