As Trainee Engineer:
 Assist the Engineering Manager as assigned, with the testing, and proper design maintenance of all sugar products
 Learn about the layout of the manufacturing plant and different machine tools such as lathes, milling, shaping, drilling machines, etc
 Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects
 Gained knowledge in company’s operating system software and the engineering software programs
 Participate in the maintenance and functioning of Boilers, turbine maintenance, and different types of centrifugal pumps. Assist with development and maintenance of the parts catalogs, owner’s manuals, and operational instruction manuals for the assigned products.
 Maintain high standard professionalism, ensure hygiene and work in the areas of Preventive and Routine Maintenance

As Trainee Mechanical:
 Assisted in the evaluation of mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by participating in designing and research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer such as IC Engines specially diesel engines, caterpillar engine, jenbacher engines etc.
 Coordinated the Maintenance Manager with the testing, and proper design maintenance of all power plant products (like pumps, cooling tower, heat exchanger etc)
 Involved in the development of manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components
 Learns and becomes proficient in the company operating system software and the engineering software programs.
 Gained knowledge in Power plant and energy management, Operating machines (i.e. lathe, milling, planer, drill, CNC Machines) and drawing skills such as isometric, 3-D view of simple objects
 Practical training about plant equipments including familiarization of special tools and different circuits involved in operation diesel /gas generators taking impart in dismantling and assembly procedures of plants equipments like pumps, compressor, HFO/ lube purifiers and main engine.
