Area of Work: RF coverage/capacity planning for all RAT i.e. 2G/3G
Radio level dimensioning and re-dimensioning through hardware and soft parameters for all RAT i.e. 2G & 3G
Frequency planning and Neighbor planning for new sites and cells
Monitoring of 2G/3G cell level voice and data KPI to avoid congestion and sustain traffic
Perform 2G/3G Drive Test and analyze to access coverage and capacity in different areas
Resolving customer complaints and doing JV with sales to identify
esolve low coverage areas
Coverage improvement/planning for critical business cases & corporate clients
Preparing technical documents of initial and final site design in view of desired objectives
