 Manage/ ensure to conduct engineering Surveys (Initial/Engineering) timely as per SOP’s of Bank before acquiring any
leased/owned premise/plot and submit reports accordingly along with existing Lay out plan of the proposed location.
 Coordination with all stake holders i-e; senior management, vendors (national & International), consultants and

 Manage timely processing of the vendors bills across Pakistan
 Assigned works to the regional engineering teams to carried out Construction, Solar power and Renovation Works.
 Dealing with Government local bodies for approvals of submission drawings and other related matters
 Making/vetting Budgets (BOQ’s) for Renovation works and vetted budgets submitted by consultants for construction
projects.
 Review drawings in detail submitted by consultant before tendering process.
 Invite enlisted contractors for tendering process and conduct tendering as per SOPs.
 Monitor/visit sites on bi weekly & monthly basis and make reports accordingly by keeping in view all engineering
standards/practices e.g. ASTM, ACI, & AASHTO standards and other execution engineering practices (Site visits 02 -03
days per week)
 Checking & Verification of Bills at sites submitted by vendors, contractors, subcontractors & consultants
 Manage all the assigned projects by keeping in line all the vendors, consultants and contractors for timely completion.
