Collect Feedback of trainings and make analysis.
Roll out and implement Performance Appraisal Bi-annually and prepare analysis of reports.
Assist in developing and conducting in house training in order to foster the learning and development environment.
Assist in arranging internal training and executing the pre and post training process.
Generate Relevancy report on monthly basis of all the internal trainings.
Conduct Employee Engagement Survey and Activities in order to improve the Employee Engagement Level.
Introduce and implement Employee Engagement activities ofmonthly basis in order to gauge the interaction of employee.
Identify and determine causes of employee problems and develop
recommendations for improvement of organization practices.
Conduct Value Survey in order to manage and measure change in
the organization.
Ensure that the induction of a new employee,
Ensure that all pre-induction and post-induction activities are taken
care of properly and there are no administrative issues being faced
by the new recruit
Provide proper orientation to the new recruits, pertaining to the
company and its policies and procedures in order to help them better
understand the organization and their role in the organization
Make Vacancy Report and collect pool of candidate and Schedule
interviews.
Maintain Employee Record in the System.
Make documentation of new induction and provide orientation
to new joiners.
Ensure that all company assets & payables are refunded to the
company and final settlement has been prepared in time.
Reference check of newly joined employee.
Collect pool of candidate and schedule interview
Update and communicate JD’s of employee in HRMS.
