Responsibilities: Successfully assumed leadership responsibilities as the acting Production Manager duringAssist Production Manager to make production plan as per the sale of products • Manage shift • Managing Production, Quality and Supply Chain Operations • Ensure safe, personnel hygiene & line changeover procedures • Taking preventive maintenance and corrective actions for smooth operations • Ensure to follow production schedule • Ensure Quality Control process of all products while filling & packing • Ensuring product & process compliance to GMP standards • Conducted trainings & awareness sessions for other Departments about GMP standards • Documentation preparation for PSQCA license • Managed ERP Module by ensuring all Quality inputs • Physical & Chemical analysis of Raw Materials, Filling Products, Production batch • Samples preparation and chemical testing of Soap • Chemical testing of RO water • On-spot analysis of products before filling • On spot Cross checking of labels, stamp on products in Dispatch dept • Ensure filling of material to standard grammage • Handling, Working against R&D & quality related customer complaints.

Responsibilities: Manage shift consisting of 50+ workforce • Daily Process inspection • Laboratory testing of oil/ghee, carton, packaging materials • Conducting testing of incoming raw materials • Conducting testing of finished product •Ensuring to follow maintenance plans • Ensuring product & process compliance to ISO 9001, PFA (Punjab Food Authority), FFP, PSQCA specifications • Making SOPs, layouts and daily Production, Stock, Consumption reports • Documentation via ERP software • Reporting to Production & Process Manager

RO PLANT Responsibilities: Manage daily operation of plant • Trouble shooted all issues of the plant • Perform water analysis tests • Preparation of chemicals & maintaining their dosing as per specifications
• Quality checks of water analysis • Preparation of SOPs of chemical tests
