a. Hotel Bookings (Rooms, Conferences, Field Force Monthly Meetings arrangements in Hotels, Product Launch bookings in different Hotel across Pakistan.)
b. Air Ticket Reservations (Domestic & International). Managing Air travels of DMS / GMMS / BUH etc.
c. Processing Daily Unit / Value Wise Sales
d. Processing Monthly Sales Reports according to the need of management.
e. Build Liaison between Field Force and Head Office, managing almost 200+ Field Force in two different Groups across the Pakistan.
f. Maintaining record of Field Manager Monthly Tour Plan.
g. Processing New Joining Files in HR, and liaison with all relevant departments
h. Managing Mrep Portal admin Level (Field Force related Software)
i. Preparing & Verification of Field Force expenses on Mrep and forwarded to concern department for reimbursement.
j. Maintaining Documents and Records
k. Any other work assigned by NSM ,GMMS And DMS.
l. Reporting to the GMMS & DMS (General Manager Marketing Sales & Director Marketing & Sales)
