14 years experience of designing, budgeting, implementing, supervising, and monitoring developmental projects in KPK Punjab in Formal, Non-Formal Education projects funded by GTZ, World Bank, DFID, ILO, CIDA,UNHCR,BPRM and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) for Afghan Refugees. Also responsible for conducting need assessment surveys, partnership development, establishing linkages with governmental departments and NGOs developing manuals and conducting training for master trainers supervisors and teachers of adult literacy mother child health (MCH) out-of-school children and personnel of vocational and entrepreneurial skills training programs. Managed & implement a project of 1.5 million US$ in phase 1 & currently implementing a project of 1.5 million US$ to train 1500 individuals in vocational skill training program with financial support from PRM (US state dept)
