• Inventory Handling of 3-Projects:
• Huawei Telecom (Supply chain Management)
• Big Bad Wolf (Malaysian Books Project)
• DWP (Gree International)
• Handling (100, 0000) SQF indoor Material Inventory and (65,000) SQF outdoor.
• Preparation and Handle to Conduct 12 Monthly internal stock take Audit and 04 External Audit.
• Custodian of (28,000) inventory lines and (1732) Different SQM and (18210) CBM.
• Daily, weekly, Monthly Reporting to Huawei, also direct reporting to Huawei customer like Mobilink, Zhong, Ufone, etc.
• Monitoring the 35 persons daily operation with check and balance the daily inbound and outbound transactions, Inbound Average 120 container of 40 FT in a Month and outbound Average 130 container of 40 FT in one Month.

2- 2016-2018 3-Year Inventory and Ops Team Leader in Raaziq International on Huawei Telecom Projects of Mobilink, Ufone, PTCL, Zong, Safe City 3G-4G LTE Up-gradation and distribution all over the Pakistan.

 Coordinate with Customer’s LSPs on daily basis and feedback through Emails.
 Handle all the System quires from Customer and feedback accordingly on time.
 Also participate Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOP Planning, Organizing and Controlling of (1 lack SQF) Warehouse’ over-all Inventory and operations.
 Quarterly stock tack preparation with 100 % Execution Result.
 Number of 15 Persons staff under Supervision.
 Weekly and monthly stock take reports submit to customer and higher management.
 Monthly Reporting through SCM online Huawei ERP system to china Headquarter.

   Core Responsibilities in TAQ Logistics.
§   Keep the good Records for all receiving shipments from China and further issuance all over Pakistan. Monthly and weekly stocktaking and look after every transaction.
§ Telenor Pakistan, 2G and 3G Equipment.
§ PTCL 3G and 4G Equipment.
§ Zong 4G Equipment’s.
§ TP Dismantled stock returned from sites and further issuance.
§ Take on the responsibilities for inventory accuracy.
§ Maintain Stock Take inventory accuracy for every 3 months.
§ Manage HUAWEI, Equipment and direction to locations and update accordingly.
§ Follow company policies and procedures.
§ Handle RF Scanning (Stock Take, Cycle Count, Outbound Scanning, Inbound Scanning)
§ Send the Receiving Notes to customer.
