Selling differnt project property units, paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals. Further, I will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns), Renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels

To ensure coordination between the Warehouses and Sales planning in connection with Logistics.
To collect orders, make invoices and ensure timely delivery and payments of the dealers

Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
Business Development :
Execute launches of new products as per plan.
Execution of online marketing initiatives as per plan.
Give maximum output with limited resources.
Forecasting the future plans with market trends.
Online Marketing:
Actively manage our portfolio of clients (and own accounts) to identify areas for increased business alignment and growth.
Maintain competitive intelligence including industry developments, marketing techniques and hard-hitting tactics and relate and apply these learning to the online marketing initiatives.
