Working Maintenance Manager • I was responsible of all electrical/electronic/telecom maintenance in very large scale building.• It comprises of Electrical Substations and Low voltage circuits.• Trouble shooting of any electrical related complaint.• Manage all New Client Account Setups, Development activities.• Maintaining all data related to maintenance and create work orders through software• Uploading of all material data available in stocks• Making list of purchasing new items and receiving through supplier.• Organize tasks for all departments.• Purchasing materials for preventive maintenance.• Making database of all used material.• Receiving Material from vendors.• Returning Faulty Equipments to the vendors • Maintain accurate catalogue numbering for all items.• Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels in stores.• Accurately maintain stores database.• Liaise with managers and teams for smooth material deliveries.• Supervise, arrange and record items for disposals/auctions.• Making fortnightly based reports of material consumed.

7. Assist Marketing department and A/Es in technical preparation and presentation of RFIs/RFPs.
8. Manage product demonstration program, including databases, scripts, and presentations.
9. Stay up-to-date with telecom and power industry trends, products, and services.
10. Having experience on world’s renown US brand Megger.

10. Verify the transmission link (E1) by checking loop method and On-Air the Site.

12. Create and clear all external alarm
13. VSWR check with Site Master
14. Site master 900,1800 calibration and configuration
15. Successful completion of PAT and Pre-PAT activities
