• Responsible for planning the project relevant activities.
• Coordination with all the stakeholders including internal
resources, vendors, consultant etc.
• Preparation of estimates, BOQ, Drawings etc.
• Review of Bidding Documents, Bid Issuance, Bid evaluation
• Execution of works as per specifications
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control of execution of all civil works including roads, sewer lines, building works being performed at the site
• Vendor management
• Checking and establishing levels, coordinates as per drawing using Auto set level and total station respectively.
• Preparation cost estimates, Bill of quantities (BOQ), Interim Payment certificates (IPCs) for work activities.
