To provide counselling services to youth on SRH and participate in focus group discussion in order to initiate need based activities for youth

● The primary purpose of this role is to provide RH information and ensure services are being provided at the doorstep of the people. This is basically a field-based position. Reporting to the DPO, the post-holder is responsible for motivating community people to receive RH services from them and MSS clinics

Design and arrange curricular and co-curricular activities weekly and monthly to enhance students’ learning and participation in learning process
Assist school Administration in arrangement of Monthly School Family Days, National Days and other thematic events ensuring the children participation in all activities.
Participate/Conduct meetings with parents (monthly and need based) to seek solutions regarding students’ irregularity, poor performance, and other related problems
Ensure that all the students come on time, and maintain the attendance Register and other relevant documents properly

To facilitate and follow up for regular monthly meetings of COs and SMCs/PTAs.
Arrangement and supervision of thematic event
Trainings of Cos SMCs/PTAs on their structures and their roles and responsibilities.
Follow up of construction work and other Muslim Aid interventions in project area.
Collection of primary data and compilation of survey for various project and programs.
Conducting awareness rising sessions in COs, SMCs/PTAs.
Monitor & supervise overall Schools activities
Holding meetings with the Head Teachers and with other stakeholders on daily or weekly/need basis.
Assist the school administration to make the friendly environment for the children.
Participate in the capacity building training/workshops.
Field visits in the school on regular and need basis to assess the enrolment.
Facilitating local solutions to local needs.
Assisting the community and the MAP to become more aware of and responsive to the community needs.
