Job responsibilities.
• Demineralization Plant
• Hydrogen Producing Plant
• Fuel Testing Labs
• Water Testing Labs
• Decending Labs
Trainee Engineer
• Work instructions to Shift In-Charges and follow-up the same for the smooth operation.
• Calculate and evaluate Heat and Mass balance.
• Raw grinding and Cement grinding sections.
• Monitoring the Specific power and fuel consumption on regular basis.
• Daily production report.
• Preparation of production plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Inventory Control of raw materials, intermediate and final products inside and outside the plant area on a daily basis.
Trainee Engineer
• Training at Acid-1, Nitric Acid concentration and Sulfuric Acid Concentration plants, Gun Cotton and Chemical Labs at Explosives Factories at POF Wah Cantt.
• Observed production of Oleum, Concentrated Nitric Acid and Nitro Glycerin
