As PO-MER, my responsibilities are to prepare MER plan and other activities in collaboration with other sectors, compilation of monthly and quarterly progress reports, data analysis & consolidation, implementation of case studies, conducting feasibility studies, cost benefits and cost effectiveness studies on NRSP Programme inputs, Pictorial & Audio Visual record maintenance for before and after comparisons of programme activities. Implementation of project activities in collaboration with District & field staff. Support to sectors regarding planning & execution. Currently supporting Districts’ staff on BISP – Waseela e Taleem (WeT) Project.
Under University of Mannheim’s, Germany “KfW” Project, I conducted pre-testing of the questionnaire and application, assisted in selection and training of enumerators and supervisors, finalized the survey plan and monitored progress, sample-based monitoring of interviewed HHs, Quality Checks, analysis and feedback to the field.
During the contract of 6 months in NRSP, my duties are to assist in the donor reporting, preparation of MER plan and other activities in collaboration with other sectors, compilation of monthly and quarterly reports, Data consolidation work on community priority needs, conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefits and cost effectiveness studies on NRSP programme inputs.
Moreover, Field visit to Hyderabad for WISE Baseline survey, to Sargodha and Bahawalpur for World bank’s MORE Project, to different cites of Punjab for University of Mannheim Project “Karobari Sarmaya Survey”, & to AJK, Khushab and Jehlum for Monitoring of different projects. Visited Hyderabad and Tando Muhammad Khan for the conduction of MORE survey.
During my 6 weeks of internship in WWF, I took part in various group activities, learning modules, and a community service project. This internship aimed at equipping me to not only learn about the environmental changes faced by the world but also enabled me to innovate solutions within the context of Pakistan.
During my working in EAD, I learnt EAD’s database, Debt Management & Financial Analysis System (DMFAS) and became familiar with the data entry process of Loan / Grant Disbursement / Payment transaction in DMFAS.
During 6 weeks of internship, I learnt Bank account opening, dealt with people as customer service representative, understood Cash Management System and learnt Check Clearance Procedure.
