Processes paperwork for customers and employees
Maintaining Vendors Record and resolving all billing issues.
Maintaining Events records and generating invoices on software accordingly.
Producing all work according to SOP.
Responsibilities:
Generating PR, P.O, GRN on SAP.
Maintainingall records regarding Events.
Working on Event Costing.
Maintaining Vendors Record and resolving all billing issues.
Maintain and record Inventory Consumption on SAP.
Checking and reconciliation of all bills related to events and purchases.
Maintaining staff attendance and providing assistance to them related to HR issues.
Providing liaison between Accounts and Sales related to events.
Producing all work according to SOP.
