Construction/Operation of Lahore Meat Processing Complex, 18-Km, Multan Road, Lahore
Responsibilities:
→ Preparation of Bidding Documents
→ Bid Evaluations
→ Contract Administration
→ Design Review
→ Manage and supervise the overall construction activities at Lahore Meat Processing Complex i.e.; Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Works.
→ Verification of Contractors’ Running Bills
→ Operation and Maintenance of the Plant
→ To raise weekly/monthly Performance Reports to the CEO. 

Projects:
a) Construction of Government Post graduate Boys College, Bagh- AJK
b) Construction of Government Post Graduate Girls College, Bagh- AJK 
 Responsibilities:
→ Organization, Leadership and Management of Civil Group in nominated Execution Centre including all civil construction teams involved in projects associated.
→ Responsible for managing all aspects of the projects’ life cycle from, site commencement & main works until completion.
→ Monitor the projects' performance, in accordance with master plan outputs, strategic upper policies and client’s requirements, with particular reference to: Material costs, Sub-contract costs, Plant and equipment, Labour levels, Contract slippage, Material wastage.
→ Allocation of resources between the projects
→ Follow up with Project Managers for plan and progress.
→ Prepare project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
→ Ensure good communication with all parties involved in the project.
→ Comply with contract requirements, Quality Management System and Q.A Plan.
→ Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and proactively take action to resolve the same
→ Develop and maintain good relationship with Clients, Consultants, Architects, General Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
→ Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work. 

Project:
Pace Towers, 27-H, Gulberg-III, Lahore
Responsibilities:
→ Provide support, co-ordinate and report to the Company Director and be responsible for high level decision making in relation to civil construction, planning & monitoring, staff management, Contract administration and business development.
→ Liaise with management regarding contracts
→ Liaise with engineers and architects
→ Proper execution of all site activities as per time schedule and specifications and in the most economical ways and make the best use of time, equipment and staff to ensure full compliance within the contract requirements
→ Monitor and keep all parties informed of anticipated plan check review time lines. Follow up with engineers to ensure timely processing of submittals, back-check submittals and plan reviews
→ Labor management
→ Coordinate the work of all parties involved in the project
