Currently working as a Project Engineer from Jan 2018 with M/s Thakur Construction Co. in District Dir (L). Duties included cost estimation, BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis, preparation of Bid, implementation and supervision of Govt. contracted projects

I have worked as a Resident Engineer with a Consultant firm; Structural Engineering Solutions (SES) in Lower Dir under the project, "Establishment of Govt. Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Need Basis".
Job description involves;
1. Leading a five members engineering team.
2. Quality Control and assurance of the project.
3. Verify bills submitted by the contractors and issuance of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
4. Overseeing compliance
5. Provision of technical guidance to non-technical personals.
6. Facilitating client department (C&W) in preparing Technical sanction to ensure that the project does not exceed PC-1 (Estimated Cost) and is completed within allocated budget.
7. To ensure that scope of work does not deviate and is followed.
8. Reviewing all work plans submitted by the contractors.
9. Conducting all major material (Steel, concrete) Test from a third-party firm to ensure quality control.
10. Verifying all check requests, submitted by the contractors to ensure quality and standard construction work.
11. To ensure that structural and architectural designs are followed.
12. Making sure that specifications, and building construction codes are followed.
13. Weekly and monthly reporting to client department i.e. C&W and Head Office.
14. Ensuring that project is completed within stipulated time.

Currently working as a Project Engineer at Center of Excellence for Rural Development (CERD) Pakistan, under FATA Recovery Program (FRP), in Bara Khyber Agency since November 2015, where my JDs include: Conduct technical surveys for Community Physical Infrastructure Projects, carry out damage assessment, Structural designing and preparation of estimates and BOQs for the proposed projects, Preparing Estimates and drawings as per technical specification, reporting of project status to internal higher management and Donor, assist in building and developing capacity of other technical personnel in assessment and supervision techniques, Verifying MBs submitted from contractor and community, Support all stakeholders of the project in technical matters, Coordinate Meetings with all line departments and producing construction reports on weekly basis.

Worked for seven months as a Trainee Engineer at Structural Engineering Solutions Peshawar, where I participated in planning, estimation (BOQs) and Structural Design of several Infra structure projects.
