Major Responsibilities include
Discuss the territory target with Sales Team and devise strategies to achieve them effectively and timely
Implement the strategies to achieve the targets timely
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution
Assist the sales team in mode of payment of distributors and control and spread of sales
Improve geographically the distribution network of distributors, territories
Give a plan of secondary sales to distributor for maintaining stock covers
Dealers handling Key Dealers and Retailers
To set Fortnightly, Monthly & QuarterlySales& receivable targets ofSalesteam
To make strategies to achieve the Fortnightly, Quarterly and Yearly sale targets & maintain the stock inventory levels.
To prepare Monthly Business Report & all types of Head Office correspondences regarding to Marketing,sales& accounts.
