I am considerably contributing to developing the partnership with gender machinery to prevent and respond to gender-based violence issues; develop and monitor work plans, and ensure timely implementation in line with UNFPA’s 9th country programme; provide inputs and logistical support, including:

• Continued maintaining M&E data, knowledge bases, and team coordination tools for gender and social norms and humanitarian programme to prevent and respond to GBV issues in emergencies.
• Streamlined M&E data collection, analysis, and reporting of 15 implementing partners.
• Formulated and implementing M&E data collection tools, surveys, and questionnaires i.e., gender audit, rapid assessment Rapid Assessment Tool for Sexual & Reproductive Health and HIV Linkages
• Conducting on job capacity development sessions on M&E compliance for the partners
• Supported results framework, theory of change, indicators, and case study development/design.
• Established systems and procedures and used the systems to develop and rollout substantive work plans of gender programme partners, including the provision of human resources and planning of key advocacy events relevant to population and development, reproductive health rights, and gender issues.
• Provided strategic inputs to the optimal utilization of organizational resources for effective and efficient programme implementation.
• Supported 15 implementing partners in completing the Assessment of Prevention of Sexual Harassment Assessment (PSEA) and making their action plan to improve adequate standards and procedures to prevent and respond to PSEA, and
• Contribute to programme implementation and helped achieve 100% compliance during 2019 - 2023, consecutively.
• Contributed to the preparation of funding proposals, participate in donor engagement, and ensure accurate and timely reporting on programmes and activities that enable informed decision-making and consistency of information presented to stakeholders.
• Conducted capacity assessment of UNFPA staff and government counterparts and included the capacity building activities in the respective workplans and ensured timely implementation.

• Completed initiatives on a number of analysis and research with regard to the Common Country Assessment process.
• Facilitated Joint UN-government through organizing the steering committee meetings at subnational level in Pakistan i.e., Administered Kashmir, Sindh, Punjab, KP, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan (annually 2012-2016).
• Ensured donor coordination; compiled the donors’ profile and completed analysis on the priority thematic areas and effectively disseminated amongst the UN Agencies as well as the donors community. The UN system was able to mobilize 3.7 million funding in the 2013.
• Coordinated the development of the inter-agency flagship programmes document with the Strategic Priority Areas working groups in order to support joint resource mobilization for priority areas under One Programme (2013-17) through joint programming.
• Completed the Resident Coordinator Annual Report through DOCO online Information Management System (IMS) two weeks before the deadline, through RCO team collaboration (2012-2016).
• Successfully completed analysis on gender mainstreaming of the UN staff in Pakistan as a part of UN System Wide Action Plan on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment (UN-SWAP).
• onsolidated the inputs against the survey on extremism and gender equality requested by the UNDG Working Groups on Gender Equality and Human Rights.
• Completed the due-diligence assessment of two NGOs for the UN Funds for Victims of Torture and Voluntary Trust Fund on Contemporary Slavery requested by United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
• Supported the OHCHR through verifying the existence and work of seven CSO’s and NGOs through checking cross-references regarding the respective CSOs/NGOs.
• Completed monitoring of the project completion of 6 NGOs in Pakistan requested by UN Democracy Fund (UNDEF).

• Successfully completed 55 projects of the value $30 Million through partner organizations in Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan and 7 Nation-wide organizations.
• Completed 5 projects of cash for work in Sindh and Punjab ensuring women participation to increase women’s livelihood activities; ensured inclusion of women and men from minority, destitute, women headed household and other marginalized groups of society.
• Built the networking and advocacy capacity of community and strengthened the links between poor communities and local government in flood-effected areas in Punjab, Sindh and KP.
• Completed the teachers training on advancing re-enrollment of children out of school and ensuring friendly environment in schools as part of rehabilitation of 13 girls’ schools and 10 boys’ school. This resulted in maximum enrolment in the schools.
• Established women friendly spaces and child friendly spaces in Early Childhood Development Centers (ECD) in 10 communities.
• Completed the analysis based on the indicators: risk, gender, vulnerability and food and nutrition security.
• Designed and implemented food assistance-based programmeswith the focus on children and women and built the capacity of partner organizations to strengthen institutional mechanisms that improve the reliability and overall effectiveness of safety nets for the most vulnerable group.
• Completed due diligence assessment of 45 partner organizations across the country and engaged women led organization for their institutional development.
• Developed capacity building plans and benefited female staff of partner organizations to enhance their expertise in benefiting the women and children at grass-root through their projects.
• Boosted institutional partnerships by connecting 25 NGOs after an assessment exercise.

• Developed partnerships with 8 vocational and 20 educational institutions, 6 private sector organizations, 12 non-profit organizations and 4 labor associations.
• Completed capacity assessment and provided equipment, furniture and trainings to 9 institutions and 5 partner organizations to facilitate job seekers with the training and job placement.
• Developed flyer and briefs for partners and ensured communication requirements in reports for the USAID.
• Facilitated job placement of 5000 of youth including skilled, educated, men and women employees.
• Supported partner organizations in developing their respective gender policy and strategy for their organizations
• Facilitated formation of 5 business training networks combining private sector, industrialists, educational institutions and vocational organizations.
• Collaborated with the Center for Child-Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility (CCR CSR) for the advocacy to discourage child labor with the employers and industrialists to protect the rights of children.
• Coordinated with the private sector and vocational training centers, using the Children’s Rights and Business Principles (CRBP) as a framework, the team training sessions explored the full range of actions they can take in the workplace, marketplace, and community to respect and support children’s rights within their supply chains.
• Enabled development of curriculum for the 7 marketable skills sets in woven, agricultural and medical equipment manufacturing industries in Pakistan. The set of curriculum was adopted by the Ministry of National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC).

• Ensured 100% communication compliance from 2007 to November 2009.
• Increased girls’ 60% enrolment in sponsorship beyond the 50% target.
• Conducted 50 training sessions with the children, communities, partner organizations and government officials on child protection and child centered development.
• Contributed for in child-centered, right based programming for 5 year strategic programme of Plan Pakistan 2010 to 2015.
• Developed annual communication packages for sponsor parents and sponsor countries.
• Provided technical support to the local IPs (implementation partners) of the projects to promote girls right to education.
• Organized training of school teachers, partners and school management committees on activity-based learning and multi-grade teaching and promoted the concept of Edutainment (Education + Entertainment) within the schools of programme communities.

• Prepared the progress report of damage assessment on daily, weekly and monthly basis - UC wise, Damage Category wise and Grievance Category wise on daily bases for PPAF.
• Completed Planning and clustering for damage assessment with 5 social mobilization teams
• Processed 55 grievance cases (households lacking property documents/ID cards) for the payment of compensation of household damage in earth quake of October 8, 2005
• Provided the compensation to 2000 disaster effected households through coordination with ERRA & PPAF.
• Facilitated 5 monthly planning and review meetings in 5 zonal offices and compiled reports.

• Provided training to the elected counselors, Local Government bodies and community based organizations on local governance structure, organizational development and resource mobilization.
• Identified 6 potential union councils for their development through social mobilization process.
• Formed 25 community led women organizations.
• Provided 50 skill trainings, initiated 35 infrastructure schemes and facilitated livelihood of 150 families through skill training. Furthermore, also provided training on loan disbursement to initiate the businesses and ensued 100% recovery.
