Identifying Contract discrepancies and recommend desired course of action to promote transparency in Contract services and reports any suspected violations to the Project manager. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Yearly progress Reports. Verification of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) of the Contractor. Processing of Commercial Invoices of equipment imported from abroad. Check and verify the consignments arrived at site from abroad. Issuing Field Notes / NCRs for deficiencies / noncompliance. Facilitate and participate in review and resolutions of EPC Contractors' claims. Actively promote effective communication and relations with all other interfacing departments, disciplines and contractors in carrying out the assigned duties.

Review and processing of single line diagram along with metering and protection schemes adopted for generators, transformers and bus bars. Performed Electrical design Calculations for sizing the distribution transformers and standby diesel generators as per load requirements. Issuing Field Notes/NCRs for deficiencies/non-compliance.
