Maintain PF Ledgers, calculate loan payment from PF Balance
Manage Employees Tax as per Law, Deduct and pay Monthly payment to FBR

Prepare Monthly HeadCount Analysis and Report to CHRO (New Joiners/Exits/Turnover/Cost Analysis etc.)
Assist the R&S team during the recruitment and employee onboarding
Assist HRBP's in OC wise/Departmental Analysis with respect to HeadCount and Payroll
Manage Monthly Time & Leave Analysis and Deductions
Enroll New Hires in Group Life and Health Insurance.
Assist the internal & external auditors during Audit
Manage Employee Old age Benefits (e-filling of Voucher and Statement)
Liaison with Internal Departments, Banks and Insurance companies
Handling overall Recruitment functions of the HR department.
