During this period from 2016, I am working as Assistant Director, Human Resources. I am dealt in cases of leave record, recruitment, promotion, service extension and adjustment of pay packages of faculty and officers of 02 campuses. Afterwards, in 2020, i am dealing with induction cases of emplyees, processing cases of resignation, replacement, dual charge and Transfer of emplyees, preparation of Ads for new appointments/ replacements of emplyees.
