Monitoring and Supervision of 132 staff members working all over the AJ&K.

Laisioning and Coordination with district administration, police, army, and other relevant Govt. departments for the smooth implementation of the project.

Hospital Renovation: Led the complete renovation of the hospital, including the establishment of new male and female wards, private rooms, and a delivery room.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Set up a fully equipped four-bed ICU with ventilator, monitors, and centralized oxygen supply.
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Established fully equipped NICU for the new born babies.
Operation Rooms (OR): Established a fully equipped new OR with OT lights, anesthesia machine, and air conditioning. And also renovated two already working OR’s.
Nursing Counters: Established nursing counters/desk in all male female wards, emergency and reception.
Specialized Units: Established a new neonatal intensive care unit, installed new ultrasound machines and a pharmacy stocked with life-saving drugs and proper storage facilities.
Establishment of Pharmacy: established and renovated full pharmacy keeping in view the proper storage and maintenance of temperature of all the medicines within the hospital premises.
Staffing and Training: Hired doctors, paramedics, and administrative staff.
Infrastructure, Utilities, and Safety Management: Managed power supply by installing UPS and stand by generators, central oxygen supply along with oxygen cylinders, CCTV installation, and internet connections reliable water supply, solid waste disposal, hospital cleaning, and timely sterilization of surgical instruments. Also established a mosque within the hospital premises. Ensure uninterrupted supply of oxygen, ensure proper supply chain management system, strict compliance of infection control mechanism, strict compliance of SOP’s in OT’s, Labs, Radiology and all other wards. Ensured the accuracy in Lab test and Radiology etc. Strict SOP compliance of waste management. Proper placement of dustbins with clear mark of colors with different categories of waste in all required areas of the hospital. Well organized information desk with most humble, well informed and soft spoken individual established at the main entrance of the hospital. I remained very strict about attendants staying with admitted patients only one attendant is allowed. I ensured availability of wheel chair and stretcher for the movement of the patient. I ensured on daily basis that all IT related equipment’s are working properly. Friendly working environment without any discrimination or any biasness for all the staff. Very deep and keen eye harassment is any discomfort to any gender working in the hospital. Policy of RULES FOR ALL implemented in true letter and spirit.
Community Outreach: Organized free medical camps in District Neelum and District Hattian with various institutions and organizations. Draft and signed an MOU with Abdul Ghani Institute in order to enhance the practical skills and increasing hospital revenue.
Staff Orientation and Training:
Conducted daily staff training sessions with a focus on the “GUEST” theme (Greet, Understand, Eye contact, Smile, and Thanks) to enhance patient interactions.
Administrative and Operational Management:
Managed hospital renovation, including the establishment of new wards, ICU, NICU, Emergency, Labor Room, Laboratories, X-ray, Mammography, CT-Scan, Cath labs, eight modular operation theatres, private rooms and pharmacy.
Oversaw the installation of essential equipment, such as OT lights, anesthesia machines, ultrasound machines, incinerators, laundry machines and RO plants.
Installed HVAC system throughout the hospital.
Established OPD rooms along with all required examination tools. Waiting area for OPD patients and attendants.
Installation of fire extinguisher.

Issuance of Pharmacy and laboratory licenses from the health department within two working days by utilizing previous working relationship with the health department.
Acquired free of cost land for hospital car parking by utilizing personal relationship with the landlord.

Coordinated with the health department on cardiac services and established a Quick Medical Response Force (QMRF) project.
