IT Support Technician
I'm working there as IT Support Technician and my job responsibilities are: • Installation, operation, and maintenance of networks technologies i.e. LAN, WAN. • Installation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunication systems i.e. Telephone Exchange System (Hardware and Software), Video Link Conferences and Audio System. • Installation and configuration of windows servers. • Installation, operation, and maintenance of surveillance system both NVR, DVR. • Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers/ equipment. • Providing support for computer network users. I also work as help desk, answering calls and e -mails regarding the computer network or communication systems. I also responsible for writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure. I also work in other technological specialties, such as Web design or Internet security. I also work there as lab assistant and provide assistant to teachers and students in using of software.
