o Working in the Head Quarter as Assistant Manager Sales & Distribution-Lahore & Gujranwala Region in the National Sales of Carbonated Soft Drink Division.
o Responsible for the overall operations of over 170 distributors of Lahore and Gujranwala Region.
o Responsible for the smooth operations from production, finished goods, logistics, primary & secondary sales, marketing, branding and sales audit. From production to the consumer end.
o Handling a team of 27 in the Head Office & 78 in the field which includes Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, Secondary Sales Officers and Order Bookers.
o Successfully initiated direct distribution network of Gourmet Beverages in the Faisalabad City & adjacent areas,
o Streamlining the outbound logistics by identifying the bottlenecks and designed standard operating procedures to ensure efficient delivery of the product to the distributor’s door step.
o Lead a team of Distributors & Sales staff of a designated area.
o Lead multiple Marketing & Promotional campaigns of Nestle Waters & was awarded as Highest Sales Target Achiever.
o Lead many important team projects which includes;
(Re-designing & planning the distribution routes, assigning required sales staff to each designated area, assigning duties & assessing distribution team performance based on pre-determined SOP’s, Pilot testing of a newly launched 12 liter of PET Bottle, Assisting the Sales & Distribution team, Arranging weekly, bi-weekly & monthly performance assessment meetings)
