This position is overall responsible for managing the AME department of ACTED at the sub-provincial level, managing two sub-bases. This included projects related to WASH, Agriculture, Food security, and livelihoods (FSL), CBDRM, Non-formal Education, COVID-19 response, TVET, and market linkage building.

This position overall responsible for managing MEAL activities of EU-PINS project at consortium level, being ACF as consortium lead, responsible for departmental oversight, direction, coordination with partners and mainstreaming related activities at grass root level.
The achievements under this role include establishment of M&E system for the project. Review of MEAL strategy, development of monitoring and reporting tools and subsequent capacity building.  Coordination and networking with consortium partners and government counterparts on MEAL functions through formation and management of working groups, representation at various national and provincial forums, alignment of M&E framework for Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) Taskforce, government of Sindh. Conducted integrated SMART assessment (a nutrition specialized assessment for malnutrition assessment) in eight districts of Sindh. Development of ToRs on comparative analysis research for evidence-based advocacy for effective partnership model for addressing malnutrition in Sindh. I have participated in integrated food security phase classification (IPC) for acute malnutrition for drought-affected districts of Sindh and Baluchistan.

This position was overall responsible for managing AME department of ACTED at provincial level, managing two bases, one in south and other one in north part of Sindh province; additionally, over-sought M&E activities in Punjab and Baluchistan working on the same position. This include project related to WASH, Agriculture/Horticulture Climate change, Food security and livelihoods (FSL), Shelter solutions, CBDRM, education, TVET and market linkages building.
The achievements within this role encompass managing M&E for more than 30 projects including emergency and development projects. I developed complaints and response mechanism for ACTED in Sindh, later adopted at country level, HQ used basic guidelines and tools to standardizeacross all missions. Strengthened impartiality and neutrality of AME unit of ACTED with periodic learning based innovations to contribute towards programmatic improvements. I have conducted project evaluations of agriculture & horticulture, shelter, WASH, FSL, Education and CBDRM projects and developed report. I had conducted Market Assessment for technical and vocational skills â₉€œ market linkages strategies development. I also conducted following impact evaluations;
1. Impact Evaluation of Kitchen Gardening interventions in Pakistan by ACTED.
2. Impact Evaluation of Latrine Intervention in Pakistan by ACTED.
3. Impact Evaluation of water solutions in Pakistan by ACTED.
4. Measuring the Impact of Microfinance in Pakistan IFAD funded.
5. Impact assessment of shelter interventions and its interdependencies with WASH and FSL on the nutritional status of families, with ACTED.
6. Impact assessment of residual recovery interventionsâ₉„¢ on building communities' resilience to disasters/ support relief activities in case of emergency, with ACTED.
During my work with ACTED, I had an opportunity to work across Sindh, South Punjab and Baluchistan. During my work with ACTED, I had conducted various need assessments in Sindh and Punjab.
