• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels, processes purchasing orders as required tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Overall planning of raw materials (Yarn).
• Forecast Upcoming Orders and their supply needs.
• Procurement of yarn from spinning unit.
• Maintain desired safety stock of regular items to meet uncertainty.
• Strong coordination with production planning, finance, marketing, and costing department for better improvement in planning.
• Observe consumption behavior of regular items and prepare monthly reports.
• Close monitoring of daily production of yarn and stock of spinning unit.
• Manage overall Logistics in which includes 1st PL and 2nd PL.
• Continuously optimize overall inventory and transportation cost.
• Direct reporting to General Manager.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Maintaining inventory by physical stock taking on weekly basis.
• Ensuring scheduling all deliveries on timely basis.
• Plan future capacity requirements.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintains and manages inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles.
• Organizes and maintains the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage and handling and also maintains labeling systems on the stock items.
• Manage overall Logistics in which includes 1st PL and 2nd PL.
• Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
