RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting & Reporting to Treasury Manager with relevant data: 
· Preparation of Daily Collection Report (DCR) of Karachi + 11 other city station (Advertising, Circulation & walk in customer) in various bank accounts.
· Collection of bank account statement updates on daily bases including (Cheques, deposits, returns, & balances).
· Bank Reconciliation of all 19 company’s bank Account with corresponding Payable & Receivable team on daily basis.
· Recording financial entries of all bank transaction in GL (bank charges, withholding charges, RTGS, Principles, markups, LC charges) etc.
· Managing and streamlining the process for Intercompany reconciliation for all four companies
· Prepare Cash in transit (CIT) and Un-identified Credit (UIC) reports.
· Overseeing company’s bank accounts opening, closing and addition/deletion of authorized signatory and any other tasks as specified by management.
· Preparation of Monthly Stock Report & Receivable Report for (HBL & NBP).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzing remittance and sales report according to company strategy.
· Sales (Cash, Hire Purchase, Welfare/Group, Dealer)
· Receivable (Collections) Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
· Payable (handling various suppliers, purchase controlling, PO,GRN, create liabilities aging and bank payments)
· Remittances (Bank slips, cheque online transfer or credit card slip)
· Working closely and coordinate with shops managers (SM), area manager (AM) and national sales manager (NSM).
· Maintain accounts receivable customer Ledger.
