I am currently serving as a Software Project Manager at (Alpha Squared), where I employ Scrum methodology to oversee parallel projects. My responsibilities extend beyond project management to encompass defining the code of conduct for Alpha Squared and upholding software quality assurance standards. This involves meticulous tracking of software testing and fostering effective coordination between internal resources and clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
Within this role, I've consistently ensured that all projects adhere to timelines, remain within scope, and align with budgetary allocations. I actively contribute to project scoping and objective-setting, engaging relevant stakeholders and validating technical feasibility. Resource allocation is a key aspect of my duties, warranting the availability of necessary resources for successful project delivery.
