Process Visa application submission (Umrah visa for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Make the Umrah Packages for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Make the Tourism holiday Packages (Hotels, Desert safari, City tours, Wild wadi, Cruise dinner, Shopping tours for United Arab Emirates, Dubai)
Make Tours Packages (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Srilanka)
Clients dealing and communication
Data entry and network communication
Control the activities of Pakistan based branches regarding promotion of visas
Led business development and marketing efforts, which expand the customer base and introduce products into specialty markets
Contribute to the implementation of promotional programs that optimized revenue levels in a saturated market

Control air/sea freight charge for import & export, control booking sea/air shipment to assure in-time schedule for import shipments

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop job posting, administered recruitment advertising and track result, Pre-screened qualified candidate for open position, scheduled interview and prepared regret letters.
Assisted the payroll officer with biweekly.
