Monitoring and supervision of activation of Recovery Teams with special focus that they deploy adequate efforts to achieve the recovery goals.
Co-ordination with recovery squads for the smooth implementation and execution of Head Office recovery policies in the respective Area of Operations.
Consolidation of various recovery returns /statements received from branches and transmission of the same to Head Office.
Processing and finalization of Remission proposals received from the Branch Offices.
