- Making Travel & Communication Allowance sheet to pay field staff special expenses. Creating presentations, documents, files, spread sheets and databases. Coordinate in meetings, events and sessions with other department for resolving issues.
- Coordinate with Finance day-to-day for employee or event advance, petty-cash settlement & issuance for next month, also for assets management. Monthly closing; submit soft accruals to Finance and submit. Coordinate with budget team for adding and resolving Expense Management System to add new codes as per desire. Making budgets for events.

Time Management System
- Monitor time in/out in the TMS on daily basis and update TMS (if require) including all branches. Share Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of the late arrivals and absentees. Enrolled new hiring in the TMS and attendance machine.
HR Operations
- Receive all the required documents from newly appointed employees and update their personnel files. Prepare and issue Appointment and job Offer Letter. Prepare and issue Confirmation & Extension Letter. Dealing with all sorts of Verification’s of our employees (Education & Employment). Preparing Full & Final Settlement of leaving employee. Update all Organogram as per management requirement. Coordinate with Health insurance department to add/remove employees & process medical claim documents.

- Prepare of Job’s Ad and Published at Social circle sites. Conducting initial screening interviews, like telephonic interview. Scheduling interviews with concern of interviewer. Keep record of all interviews.
Administration
- Timely submission of monthly contribution of EOBI and SESSI. Building maintenance. Housekeeping.

- Raise Purchase Requisition – PR on AX Dynamics software regarding promotional & consumable materials in respectively charge from Cost Centre & Warehouse codes. Making minutes of meeting and share with participants.
