Production Planning & Control Production Planning of projects according to capacity & its implementation according to plan. Project Closing and Cost Analysis Project closing and cost analysis of projects when it has completed from execution. Verification of planned materials vs. actual materials, Planned Labor vs Actual Labor and Planned WIP’s vs. Actual WIP’s Track and maintain the Materials and WIP’s record Analysis of Planned Budget vs. Actual Budget
